We crafted an exclusive pop-up experience in collaboration with the iconic Parisian restaurant Bambino, led by the renowned chef Clotaire Poirier. Bringing together a handpicked team of eight culinary and service professionals, we designed every element of the event: from concept development, menu creation, and pricing strategy to refined food and wine pairings. Beyond delivering an exceptional dining experience, we spearheaded press relations and influencer partnerships, amplifying visibility and ensuring the event’s resounding success. The event achieved complete sell-out status, with every reservation fully booked in advance.
