Take Away proudly conceived and produced Zimmermann’s after-show dinner, an immersive evening shaped around the poetry of shadow play, where light became a medium in its own right. For the occasion, the exceptionally talented chef Daniel Morgan crafted a bespoke menu for 80 guests, delivering a cuisine that felt bold & creative.
